1. Data Controller

This notice has been prepared pursuant to Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698) by Ataeymir Tarım Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, acting as data controller.

2. Data We Process

This website does not collect personal data through any contact form. When you visit our site, the following technical data is processed automatically:

• IP address (partially anonymised by Google Analytics)
• Device and browser information (User-Agent)
• Pages visited, session duration, and traffic source
• Server access logs generated by GitHub Pages hosting infrastructure

4. Legal Basis

Analytical cookies are only activated after you provide explicit consent (KVKK Article 5/1; explicit consent). Technical infrastructure logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating the site securely (KVKK Article 5/2-f).

5. Data Transfers

Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, USA): Analytics data is transmitted to Google's servers. Through Consent Mode, no analytics data is transferred unless you have given consent.

GitHub Pages (GitHub Inc., USA): This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. When you access our pages, your IP address and browser information are technically transmitted to GitHub servers. This is governed by GitHub's own privacy policy.

Shopier (Değer Teknoloji A.Ş., Turkey): Product sales are processed through the Shopier platform. Shopier acts as an independent data controller and processes payment and order data under its own privacy policy. Once you are redirected to Shopier from our site, Shopier's data practices apply.

Your data is not shared with any other third parties beyond the service providers described above.

6. Retention Period

Analytics data is retained according to Google's retention settings (up to 14 months by default). GitHub Pages server log retention is governed by GitHub's data policy. If you withdraw your consent, analytical cookies are deactivated immediately.
